Services offered

Serenorix provides corporate and workplace wellness services that may include on-site chair massage and, where appropriate and feasible, table massage sessions for employees/guests at business locations or event venues (“Services”).

Services are intended for general wellness and relaxation. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Informational purposes only

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may change without notice. Nothing on this Site is medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Please consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your business or situation.

Appointments, booking & payment

  • All sessions and events are by appointment only.
  • Payment is required to confirm a booking unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Acuity / Squarespace Scheduling, Stripe, or other payment processors selected by Serenorix.
  • For corporate clients, alternative payment methods may be available, including invoice-based payment or bank wire transfer, subject to prior approval and written confirmation by Serenorix.
  • Unless required by law, payments are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling, cancellation & late arrival

  • You may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments/events may be charged in full.
  • If an onsite event starts late due to client/site readiness issues, the event may still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

Corporate & workplace wellness (onsite events)

Onsite services require suitable space and basic accommodations. You agree to provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for Services.

Client responsibilities for onsite events

  • Provide a safe, clean, and appropriate workspace for Services.
  • Ensure reasonable access, setup space, and basic accommodations (as applicable).
  • Provide accurate location details and onsite contact information at booking or prior to the event.
  • The client is responsible for the conduct of employees/guests participating in the event.

Receipts/confirmations may be provided for business records. Tax treatment varies by business; please consult your accountant.

Massage services disclaimer

Massage and bodywork services are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants should communicate any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or areas of concern before receiving Services.

Health, safety & participation

Participation is voluntary. Each participant is responsible for communicating relevant health considerations directly to the practitioner prior to receiving Services. Practitioners may decline, modify, or stop Services if they believe participation is not appropriate or safe.

Respectful conduct

Serenorix provides a professional wellness service. We reserve the right to refuse or end Services (without refund) for disrespectful, unsafe, inappropriate, or sexually suggestive behavior, or for any conduct that compromises safety or professionalism.

Acceptable use of the Site

  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site (e.g., hacking, scraping, spamming).
  • Do not submit false information or impersonate others.
  • Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Website content & intellectual property

Site content, branding, text, images, and design are owned by Serenorix or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse site content without written permission.

Third-party services

The Site and booking/payment flow may rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting, security, scheduling, payments). We are not responsible for outages or issues outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability & assumption of risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenorix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in Services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

By booking or participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with wellness services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or booking Services means you accept any updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
