Process
A disciplined process, documented before we start.
Six stages, run in order. You review direction early — where changes are inexpensive — and nothing ships until it holds up against the criteria we agreed.
From fit to launch.
Every stage produces something you can see and sign off. No black boxes, no surprises at the end.
Fit and scope
We start with your project details and a direct conversation about goals, constraints, and budget. If we’re not the right fit for the work, we say so early. If we are, we translate the ambition into a defined scope.
FIT · Documented scope · deliverables · responsibilities · indicative timeline & estimate
Strategy and architecture
We establish positioning, the structure of the site or system, the information architecture, and — for custom systems — the data model and technical approach. Decisions are made deliberately, before design begins.
STRATEGY · Positioning · sitemap / system architecture · content plan
Copy and design direction
We shape the narrative and the visual language together, so the message and the design reinforce each other. You review direction early, where changes are inexpensive, rather than at the end.
DESIGN · Copy direction · visual design · key page & screen designs
Development
We build a custom front end and engineer any custom systems — booking, payments, portals, automation — on a clean, modern, secure foundation. Performance, accessibility, and SEO foundations are part of the build, not an afterthought.
BUILD · Custom-built front end · custom systems · integrations · staging preview
Review and testing
We test across devices, check accessibility and performance, validate structured data, and walk the finished work against the agreed acceptance criteria with you. Nothing ships until it holds up.
REVIEW · Cross-device & accessibility testing · performance checks · acceptance review
Launch and handoff
We deploy securely, confirm everything in production, and hand over a documented system you own — with the guidance your team needs to run it. A continued development partnership is available if you want it.
LAUNCH · Production launch · documentation · handover · optional partnership
What’s fixed before a line of code is written.
Before work begins, the final scope, responsibilities, timeline, milestones, and acceptance criteria are documented and agreed in writing. Timelines begin after we’ve received the payment, materials, access, and approvals defined in the agreement.
